Garret Harvey began his career in underground infrastructure in 1976 starting out as a pipe layer for Volker Stevin. In 1981 he was hired by Thuro Inc. as a flusher operator and quickly progressed to a video inspection operator and field supervisor by the fall of 1982. Many infrastructure projects were completed in this capacity from 1982 to 1997. Consulting to the industry since 2009, Garret achieved NASSCO PACP Trainer status in January 2011 and started GEVAN Consulting shortly after. He has trained numerous PACP students and has helped municipalities update their video archives by re-coding existing inspections in the PACP format.
